These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of RealChew and other Nestlab products made through nestlab.id.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display product information accurately. Packaging colors and appearance in photos may differ slightly from the physical product.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via the shopping cart and checkout page. Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Xendit. We do not store your card details or payment credentials.

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected misuse, pricing errors, or unavailable stock; where payment has been received, it will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping

Shipping is handled by courier partners via the Biteship shipping aggregator. Estimated time and shipping cost are shown at checkout based on the destination address.

Risk in the product passes to you upon receipt. Please inspect your parcel on delivery; see the Return & Refund Policy for handling of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names (including RealChew and Nestlab), text, images, and other content on this site are owned by Nestlab Indonesia and protected by law. Use, copying, or distribution without our written permission is prohibited.

6. Nature of Products & Limitation of Liability

RealChew products are food/nutritional supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Consult a doctor if you have a medical condition, are pregnant/nursing, or are giving the product to a child with a history of allergies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably.
